The new Fallout is Fallout 76. The economical trailer does not reveal much, so we're investigating what is Vault 76

After building up the tension throughout yesterday, Bethesda finally released the first trailer of the new Fallout game. Unfortunately, we still know almost nothing about the title of Fallout 76.

There is only one thing certain - Fallout 76 WILL NOT be the next classic installment of the series mixing elements of FPS and open-world cRPG. Bethesda creates a project with completely new gameplay mechanisms. It is not known, however, what this title will be. Simulator of Vault Fallout Shelter management? A strategy based on regulating social tensions and managing raw materials? A copy of The Sims taking place in a divisible bunker? The possibilities are mass, and Bethesda has already shown that she is not afraid to experiment with known and liked brands.

The trailer also appeared on the official Xbox channel. This means that whatever Fallout 76 is, it will also go to consoles. Looking at the last shots of the trailer, you can also try to say that the new Bethesda project is being created on an outdated, very flexible, but very inefficient engine used to create Fallout 4.

The key to learning the secret of Fallout 76 is of course Vault 76
Crypt number 76 is one of the VaultTec facilities that were created in the former United States. According to the computer in the Citadel, the Seventy-six was the place of the experiment in which 500 inhabitants of this place were used. The crypt was created with the idea of automatically opening 20 years after the nuclear attack, exposing people to radiation and measuring its effects.

The Seventy-six was a typical laboratory and control Crypt that never served the survival of its inhabitants. Like most Vault-Tec objects, the underground structure based on two alternative energy sources (main and backup) was part of a sick experiment that was planned many years before China's nuclear attack in the United States.

It's just a feeling, but watching the Fallout 76 trailer, I'm guessing that we'll play the role of Overseer.
The supervisor is the most important person in (almost) every Crypt, having a separate office, security, access to confidential VaultTec data, and often also a private exit from the fallout shelter. Supervisors respond to the correct operation of the Vaults and these include the most important decisions. Practice shows, however, that most people in these positions were not aware of the gruesome plans of the VaultTec corporation, or only knew some of them.
