I dont think so. What could be possible is to make a Steemit card. since most of cards are from crypto.
There was few blockchain cards that was be able to be bought with other currency. that was ShumaiCard, SarutobiCard and CNPCard. They were on sale for CNPCOIN, SARUTOBI, SHUMAI all 3 are also Counterparty assets.
