Who wants to help me build a Steem Fish Farm, basically a clone of Ether Shrimp Farm with extra features all using steem blockchain, no smart contracts, just simple steem idle game with in game rewards possibly paid to winners in small upvotes.
I would like to see who can compete to create a very basic proof of concept Crypto Idle Game for STEEM like Steem Fish Farm using Steem instead of Ethereum with no smart contracts but we will be able to make posts & allow players to earn more than on ETH Dapps. Ether Shrimp Farm is a crypto idle game that allows you to actually earn ETH farming ether shrimp and you can buy eggs which hatch shrimp which lay eggs, send these things around, view the smart contracts with a few hundred dollars in eth smart contracts, it is a pretty funny system but it made me want to create a STEEM based version and call it Steem FISH farm and here is a mockup I have created by adding steem logos to a Ethereum Fish Farm website I actually found! It is already working but on Ethereum but as @steemmonsters demonstrates, we can build Steem Games off chain but use on chain accounts for trading the steem fish and steem fish eggs. And when you save up enough, maybe you can sell them for specialized SMT's just for the game that only emit new tokens when you get an upvote from one specific steem fish farm account. It is just one way players can earn rewards from specialized posts about in game achievements, Automated in game posts for different in game achievements that use the game as a steem front end can allow players to automatically post in game progress and possibly earn some upvotes which can then be paid out in custom steem fish farm SMT which will only be used for the game.

Also FarmVille and SimCIty style ether games like etheropolis will also be very addictive to steemians looking for city building games! So thanks for reading and I hope some of you are inspired!

yes we are getting clsoe, https://prospectors.com is showing su what we can do just on steem also @steemmonsters and i know @aggroed knows someoen who could make aprof of concept for a few hundred steem, like justs ome website with steemconnect that showed a richlist fo a shrimp coin by dispaying picstures of eggs, eggs tha coudl hatch if teh token is helf or staked for a week or days etc
