For those who are wondering how to come to a solution (73 & 48 are right, like @valkyrion and @izaid said):

To get the number in the left column, you have to add the numbers in the row above it and subtract it by 5
e.g. 8 + 11 – 5 = 14
To get the number in the right column, you have to add 2 to the number in the above right cell
e.g. 8 + 2 = 10
