God OF War (PS4 Game)

Hellooo guys i was looking for E3 to get a lot new information about God OF War
Sony showcased all new gameplay footage for upcoming god of war reboot . The game brings back franchise’s signature brutal hack-and-slash combat to a new Norse mythology setting.

I will speak quite a lot about this game cause it had a lot of changes . I will start with the biggest change and talk about the gameplay. It is vastly different from previous installments cause it was built from the ground up . This game will show new features as RPG like archery knowledge points , and spartan rage timed-ability during game . There will also be some crafting resources player has to find .The game now will be third person , over the shoulder free caera . The major change in the game is the weapon Kratos now uses . Instead of double-chained blades now we have battle axe , which is infused with some elemental abilities and thrown to enemies . Kratos can throw axe to enemy and magically return it back to him. The main thing is that this axe has quite a big connection to our character so it wont be the weapon from nowhere . Another weapon Kratos will show us is Shield , it's like a left forarm which appears and protects our main character . It is used as for Defence as for Offence as well . Kratos can also utilize hand in hand combat .

Another addition in this game is Kratos's son , but thing is you will only play with Kratos and only sometimes passively control his son Atreus . Depend on the context one button is dedicated for Atreus . He is using lighting arrows which are thrown from his BOW . Depending on the situation of the game he will act as a distraction of the weak enemies so Kratos can fight strong ones , as well he will help with fighting bosses .

What hasn't changed ?

The game will not be open world like previous ones and the game will not feature any morality system or branching story, all players will have the same story experience.

Setting of the Game!

As you know previous god of war were based on Greek mythology but it has changed . Now we will see a new Norse mythology setting in this game . The director said that they were thinking about Egypt mythology as well but they decided to stay close to Kratos . This game predates the vikings as the director also announced , its the time when the vikings gods are walking in the earth .

Plot of the new Story!

As we all know all from the previous series Kratos got revenge on Olympians Gods , having survived his final enemy Zeus . Now he is living with his son Atreus in the world of Norse gods , where many monsters and warriors inhabited the lands. The main role of Kratos is to master his rage and teach his young son how to survive in the world they live .

The changing Character

There was quite a lot of talks about changing the main character but the director decided to keep Kratos in the game . What you guys think about this ? Was this decision right or wrong ? I quite a lot like the character Kratos with his characteristics , So i can say that i am quite glad about this .

Release Date !

We don't know when exactly this game will be released . Will it be in this year or next one ? But there were some stuff like Amazon Listed God of War 4 as 2017 game and "Christopher Judge" also updated his twitter like "Kratos - God of war (2017)" So lets hope that we will be seeing this game soon in 2017 .
