Hi steemians. This post is to let you know that I'm going to be posting game development tutorials. My game engine of choice is UnrealEngine4. This game engine makes it easy for those like me that don't know C++ coding but know what process is needed to get something to work. All my game development will be done with blueprints and visual scripting.

This is visual scripting.

So if you like games and want to learn how to make games. You'll need to download unrealengine4. Its fee, and if you do create a game and release it on steam, Epic Games will take 5% of the first 1/4 earnings. So head to unrealengine.com.

Click the download button at the top and then click on what computer you have.

Once you have got the Epic Games Launcher, you'll need to then download the engine. The latest engine is 4.16. Every few months Epic Games releases a new version, with updates and new features. The engine is a large download (a couple of GIGABIT), so it is wise to download it while you are not on your computer.

These tutorial post will be long, So I'm planning to break them up into sections. There will be a lot of pictures to go with the explanation text, so you can go at your own pace. I hope you will enjoy these tutorials and support a way people can educate other using Steemit.

It looks so easy. . it's like mandarin for me..

I hope it will show people that game development can be easy. But like any type of development, no matter what it is. There is trial and error.

Looking forward to it.

Thank you.
