Luck Or Superstitious Beliefs?

I have always imagined what it would be like to win a lottery and what you can do with all the money you won? I would smile and fantasize like a crazy person imagining going for a holiday with my family to a place i have always dream of visiting Rome, Italy..the most beautiful cities in the world to witness myself the treasures and masterpieces of Roman art and architecture or get myself a brand new Hummer car or renovate my house or build a school to help the less fortunate so they can have a chance for education and the lists can go on and on.. 😄

Well what i am trying to imply is i am not so into buying numbers 4D, 6D, jackpot you name it. I will place my bet but i am not like the hard core people who bet a lot. For me, if i feel like buying i will place my bet and if i don’t strike it’s okay. I ain’t got the luck or it’s just not my day.

Last week i was at my parents house having our usual weekend drinking session as my brother in law flew in from Melbourne, Australia for a short visit. As we were talking having a great time drinking, we noticed our dogs kept barking continuously and what caught our attention was that one of dogs had caught a pigeon and thank goodness the bird didn't die although it lost its tail 😬 I think it is a rare pigeon as the colour was different the one that glows in the dark. I didn’t get to take the pic because my dad released it the next day because the dogs just wouldn’t stop barking. I managed to search in google and i can only find a similar one.

Some may think it’s just a superstitious belief that maybe this special bird was sent to you for a reason. So, i told my hubby to place a bet the next day and who knows this bird might bring us luck 😁 Sure enough, the number we had bet did came out but only in consolation prize, maybe it gave us just a small piece of luck but we are grateful for it because we can still have a well deserved breakfast! Whoever sent you birdie, thank you! 😅
