I would like to run steemits first crypto lottery.

How would it run I hear you ask?

Well first you need to buy your ticket of course this can be bought at any time by transfering $0.5 steemit dollers to @diginet with Lotto and the date in the comments.
I understand a lot of trust is involved so I have choosen a small amout to build an honest reputation of making payments to the winners.

If a participent buys more than one ticket I.E multiples of $0.50 they will be generated multiple ticket numbers.

I plan on running the draw every 7 days with the draw being help at 2000 GMT Time. The cut off time to buy a ticket will be 1930 GMT any tickets purchased after this time will automatically be entered into the next draw.

I will then input all the ticket holders into excel to allocate a lottery number as shown below.

I will then use https://www.random.org/ to generate random numbers and pick the winners. Idealy I would like to hold the draw live via social media or worst case record the draw and post it on steem within 24 Hours.

Your winning dollers will then be sent to your username within 24hours of the draw with all participants and winners posted on steem.

Winners will post and share there results to help build the lottery reputation.

This is subject to change again due to popularity and I would like to donate some of the prize funds to the charites supported in the steem network.
