My time restricted eating is on an earlier schedule. So I start eating early in the day, but finish eating early as well. My last meal is usually around 3 PM.
My routine:
- Wake up and get coffee and breakfast going.
- Afterwards, meditate
- Review my list of goals
- A few minutes of movement, "push ups, lunges, etc." This gets the brain flowing.
- Then I immediately hop into work!
The days that are even better is when I am doing prolonged fast mimicking. Then I don't even have to worry about making food. Just the coffee!
