Two phones, two networks—how not to miss text messages and calls
In my circle of friends, a lot have numbers for at least 2 different networks so as to save on the costs of calls within the same network. Usually, people choose the 2 giants, Globe and Smart.
Unfortunately, iPhones don’t support the very convenient scheme of dual sim so you just need to check one phone constantly.
This is my workaround:
I hooked one phone to a smart watch. In the other phone, I installed these Android apps:
- Missed Call+

I set it to send a text message to the phone hooked to the smart watch with the number and name of the caller whenever a call is missed. - AutoForward SMS

I set it to forward all my incoming messages to the phone hooked to the smart watch.
In this android phone, I subscribed to unlitext to all networks for 30 days so it wouldn’t hurt that it is texting so many messages to my other phone.
Let me know if this is helpful!
