It is necessary because they will now know that It is vital for their future to take action at an earlier age. They have learned from their previous generation's mistake and would have to take on a different approach in their life. They would need to start working early to invest in their future.

It is necessary for people in the lower class to start seeking mentors that they can follow to provide for their family by creating multiple stream of incomes were they don't have to struggle.
