LOS ANGELES- Dave Thompson can't stop referring to himself as a "package". At first it was a harmless metaphor for his complete body re-composition for his bodybuilding contest. It ended up with unemployment.

"I am bringing the total package. This package will be something new and unbelievable" Thompson stated. His girlfriend elaborated, "It started getting bad after week 4. He would say things like, 'the package is arriving home', and 'the package is hungry'. At first I thought it was a joke, but he actually did not seem able to speak in the first person."

We spoke to Thompson afterwards. "It's true. This package lost his job. I won my show. I brought the total package. Calves. Glutes. Hams. Bis. Tris. Chest. Back. Striated, and full. But, the package could not maintain his peak at work. My boss was not happy with the package. The package dropped the ball, and is now looking for work.

Thompson continues to seek employment. He joined a men's group that supports bodybuilders that want to stop referring to themselves as "packages".
