someone's not thinking straight - but - as stated in post it would be really easy to implement on steemchain with the custom json already in place (for the ones in control of the nodes that is) and then steemit can be "valve for nft's"(for the masses) b/c the most part of the world cant afford 300 to 500 people to put up something on a maybe and afaik most stuff on deviantart and sites that have been doing it never sells for a penny , hence
q.e.d. for the lvl 60 suits without investigating : guilty until proven innocent, no one pays 2.5 million for a tweet without hidden agendas

hackshully : its a GREAT platform for artists to get independent but a money-sink for most who will never sell and simply unaffordable for the biggest part of earths population to "just put one up" - its made a mockery already by people saying "im SO rich i buy a public tweet for 2.5 million while you cant get it off the ground (pretty offensive but its not black or gay so its okay)" and
i'm curious to see if real masterpiece of digital art gets put up like farbrausch' original debris or something how much it would fetch, my guess is less than a picture of Clintons Cat or a digital baseball card

the die-hard scenery tends to be too busy 'doing stuff to be busy with politics and money - so thats why probably why they're all dirt poor (hahah)
i certainly would put up all pngs and jpgs i have but at a minimum of $300 in gas not even my belgian broke ass feels it a to be a good idea (unless i know up front whos gonna buy - which is why im sure within 2 months a lvl 60 suit is gonna poke at money laundering and hell will come with it)
