Cigs, want to quit? I've been 5 years smoke free thanks to whyquit.com... but also it was 'my time' for that.
Now if I could just start waking up at 3am my life would be even more on track...
That image of a bloody cigarette was produced a long time ago to commemorate the day I quit, then I blogged about it. I lasted quite a few weeks, cold turkey, then snapped. I'll be trying again, don't you worry.
The best way to wake up at 3 am is to simply stay awake for as long as possible, then crash whenever, but of course a few hours before 3 am. Works for me! This day already feels like two days in one.
