Poor cat

Fun story, back in the early 90s I lived with a bunch of roommates in a house, they had cats. We would leave the back door open on hot nights to get a breeze.
A bunch of us were sitting on the couch watching t.v., in the kitchen (where the backdoor was) we could hear crunching of kibble. Roommate turns to me and says, "what's eating in the kitchen?, all the cats are here!"
We all go to the kitchen and see a possum going to town on the cat food. He noticed us, finished chewing and walked back out the door.

A baby possum was on my friends porch railing and fell off, somehow getting wedged in the wooden bars holding up the railing. Extending my arm as faaaaar from my body as I could I picked him up by the base of his tail to free him. I then washed my hands for 3 hours
