Really Jake? I wonder if that's truly a real picture of public toilet, cause that would be sick! I mean what kind of toilet is that? Never seen them before xD except the squats toilet.

Yes, these are real photos I can attest haha! And yea they are squater toilets in Saigon, Vietnam. Somtimes thats just how it goes lol

Squatter toilets are common throughout Asia. So, my guess is that you put your feet on the bricks, squat, and poop..

And the the waste baskets are their for poo soiled paper. Plumbing in a lot of countries in Asia is bad and prone to clogging.
if that paper goes down the drain, nobody's getting to use the bathrooms at all!
I'd be afraid of my flip flops slipping, causing me to fall into the "toilet" area. I would turn right around if I saw that bathroom.
