It is. They're taking my mom and I to court cause we went to the rcmp for them stealing money. My sister and I have a separate case against them for breaching fiduciary duty.

The problem is it's expensive. Mostly cause they file new affidavits every few weeks... which is fun because they contradict themselves a lot and it all goes in front of the judge.
