The right driving Shaft is always pulling apart.. Never last for more than two months after refix.

What cod be the problem?? How can it be remedied??

Pulling apart?

Pulling out of the transmission?
CV pulled apart?
Pulling out of the brake assembly?

There are many parts there. If the axle is actually pulling apart, then the components that link your wheel to the car are really really loose to the point that I would guess it is dangerous to drive.

This is something that I would have to physically look at and move the suspension and steering to see what is going on. If the wheel is coming out far enough to actually pull the drive components apart, then something is seriously wrong. The drive axle is designed to have tons of play to allow changes in distance between the transmission and the wheel as the suspension goes up/down, and turning with plenty travel to spare. My suggestion is to have a mechanic perform an inspection of your car to diagnose where the problem is. The mechanic will have to move the suspension and steering while visually inspecting the drive axle and the wheel linkages.

If the drive axle is pulling out of the transmission, then it wasn't fully seated into the transmission or the spring clip on the axle that is used to lock the axle into the transmission is missing or damaged. Even then it is unlikely that the drive axle pulled out far enough to pull apart. One other thing to look at is the transmission and motor mounts. The entire engine and transmission could shift to one side with bad mounts.
