The fun funeral I went to last night

Not many people consider funerals fun but my friend who recently passed on insisted his be nothing short of a BASH! So we did! Gary Gura who we call Groovy, or Guru, or just Goo was clear about his wishes and one of the fun ones was that we all wear purple! His favorite color, the color of passion. He is my rock n roll buddy, drum teacher and unknowingly my therapist. It was an unusual evening for an unusual dude with an unusual ability to turn his death into a reason to party.
