Ask the Car Guy @socky Jun 28, 2019
What is your car trouble?
I want to give back to Steemit community and provide some help on something that I know very well. Cars and how to fix them.
Please ask me about your car issue. Won't go into gear. Strange sounds. Don't know if you should take your car in to the shop. Just ask.
Send me the make, model, and year along with car symptoms.
Please remember to VOTE and ReSteem

A beetle, who will be the irresponsible owner of that Vw beetle, which allowed it to reach that condition.
I am doing the repair of a Vw kombi of my property that will fire, perform a low budget restoration of the gas tank.

If you had one, you would accept the idea of replacing the traditional air-cooled boxer engine and adapt a more powerful engine.
What adaptive you?
It's nice to see other machine heads on STEEM.
I've done engine conversions before on other vehicles. Adapters are expensive and most engines are inline 4 which makes fitting the engine difficult. Unless you really love your Kombi, I would recommend finding a more powerful vehicle.
I love God and my family more than my VW kombi hahaha. What I want is to adapt the engine to make it more reliable, Boxer 4H engines (engine air cooler) suffer from axial play and oil spills. it is said that the Vw do not vote oil but they mark the way,
I want to adapt a 4L engine similar to that of Vw kombi 2013.
My kombi has modified it for 5 years in the food truck style, and I am preparing it for a project for the children of Caracas Venezuela, but I have to make it mechanically reliable.
