you know how to plot lateral force and longitudinal forces versus slip angle graphs from tire data??
I’m an engineer, but not a tire engineer. I use Excel to make plots. I can’t teach you excel from here. If you are asking about tire information, it Is not something that I would care to remember. I would just look it up.

@socky, my vehicle was presented with a fault that it does not want to turn on, first it was difficult to turn it on but now it does not turn on anymore, My brother thought it could be a fuse. What will it be?
I need more details. If the motor won't start, I would first check the battery.
