Sorry I’ve been a bit MIA these past few weeks. It’s officially pole competition season here and I’ve been putting in the training time! It’s also a good time to work on those flexy gains in order to have more dramatic lines on the pole. The pole sport organization competition is next week, so more posts to come about competition! 😮😅
