Proposal: The Rise Of Techno Homo Sapiens

Embracing our eventual identity as techno homo sapiens will propel and compel us to be better prepared for the future. There are many ways we can do this, and there are many ways this is already happening around us across multiple industries. Modern-day classrooms may start using AI teaching assistants to augment regular teachers.

These AI-teaching assistants can teach children math skills, while human teachers can focus on helping students develop emotional intelligence, grit, patience and real-life math applications. Hospitals can employ AI-diagnosing assistants that will efficiently analyze the conditions of patients, potentially saving more lives. Lawyers can have digital paralegal assistants. Farmers can build farming robots. Janitors can use cleaning robots. Police forces can use facial recognition systems to easily identify criminals and musicians can tout digital composers. The list goes on and on.
