This is so annoyingly destructive. Lena Kahn is a dog whose bone is Amazon. She has a box of weak contradictory theories to use in an attempt to destroy the amazing benefits Amazon has conferred on hundreds of millions of consumers.

The power and credibility given to the FTC and related government agencies at the state and federal level, is surely one of the most dysfunctional elements of the current economic policy framework.
