Fruits and veggies Monday - LemonGrana Fizz
I will be flying above the clouds on my way to Cape Town by the time this post is published thanks to Steempeak's posting schedule button.
This definitely will NOT be a blue Monday; that I can say with certainty, as we'll be going on a long awaited vacation with friends. Hubby and I are REALLY exhausted after a more than hectic holiday season in our bnb plus all kinds of traumas at the beginning of the new year!

Back to the business of today; here in South Africa, we're still experiencing some really hot end-of-summer days, so how about a super refreshing LemonGrana fizzy cocktail to celebrate the start of a brand new week with @lenasveganliving's Fruits And Veggies Monday.

We're slowly coming out of a hot hot summer, and nothing quenches the thirst like this tall glass of ice cold LemonGrana Fizz. Best part is that you can have it any time of day as it is a non-alcoholic beverage made with just two fruits and two herbs.
LemonGrana Fizz
- Sparkling Spring Water
- Lemon juice and loads of slices for serving
- Loads of fresh Granadilla pulp (Passion Fruit)
- Fresh garden Mint
- A Dill flower umbrella
- Crushed Ice
Cheers as we set off on our vacation; promise I will share loads of exciting new vegan foods from the southernmost tip of Africa when we get back!

Hot summer you say! Maybe some of that warm air blown all the way here, because we are having lovely spring like day. Unfortunately it will not last!

That drink looks like something I can make here in Thailand with passion fruit being available everywhere. Looks sooo refreshing. The photos are lovely.
