Thank you my dear Lena! You would love the marmalade I think, it's tart and sweet :) I sent some to my daughter in her Thanksgiving care package, I'm anxious to see what she thinks. I hadn't thought about Thai sauce, perhaps I'll give that a try as well, you weren't pleased with it?
It was slightly bitter, but I think if I make the marmalade first, then it could work. And you are most welcome my Dear 😍
