One type of extinct and obsolete fruit in Bangladesh. These fruits are also known as pungent, bun, dungkhair etc.

In Bangladesh, this fruit is not cultivated, there is a need to cultivate strawberries in the bush or hill slopes near the field. In many parts of South Asia this fruit is grown. Violet flowers are small size, light yellow color. Normally after the winter, there are flowers in the month of Falgun-Chaitra. Five petal-shaped flowers. The male and female flowers bloom in different trees. The fruits start to grow from the month of jap (April-June). Kacha fruits are round green. Pancakes contain dark purple colors. Its taste is sweet and sweet. Children of Bangladesh prefer to have a necklace of ripe fruit and then tear them off from the garland.
