I own my home located 6 doors (311 feet) from Mark Zuckerberg’s mansion. Mark may be the king of social media but he is not very sociable in his own neighborhood.
Back in July of 2015, one of my tenants, Gordon Kinzer C.P.A., was arrested for chastising Mark Zuckerberg’s security guards for parking their cars and blocking the only fire hydrant in the neighborhood. He was released the next day with charges dropped. Gordon Kinzer continued to reprimand Mark’s security detail for continuing blocking the fire hydrant with their vehicles.
At that point Mark pressed the issue foward by issuing a 1,500 ft. restraining order against Gordon Kinzer. You can not displace anyone out of their living quarters with a restraining order, as stated my home is located only 311 feet from Mark Zuckerberg’s mansion. However Mark convinced the courts that Gordon Kinder, my tenant, was only a drifter from Texas who was only using my address to stalk him and his wife Priscilla. The truth is Gordon Kinzer is my CPA who I have know for 21 years.
Subsequently Gordon Kinzer was re-arrested 14 times for violating this contrived unfair restraining order. The recent court stated that this many violations against a current restraining order constitutes a pattern that automatically becomes a major felony, FELONY STALKING.
It is now Jan 1st 2017 and Gordon Kinzer has been in jail for the past 11 months and is now facing 15 years in prison for Felony Stalking. The reality is he never stalked anyone, he only yelled a Mark Zuckerberg’s security guards for blocking the neighborhood fire hydrant. I have begged Mark Zuckerberg through his attorney, Andrew Kline, to please release my tenant from jail. His response was a resounding NO.
This is a real tragic situation that a life was and is being destroyed by a “billionaire bully” who has severely punishing a poor inocent disabled elderly gentleman for only being an inconvenience to his lifestyle.
