Friction imagination writing on crypto tax

With all the world trying to make from the gain from cryptocurrency, tax is one easy and powerful ways.

Government in 2018 start a new trends of high taxes for crypto.

So where do we go from here?

On my own opinion, this likely to affect those with middle accounts. Why? Because its most profitable.

The super rich will have ways , connection and professional help to reduce or avoid their taxes.

The small investors is too small for the tax department to put their effort in. ( unless it become easy and profitable for them one day)

Thus those that suffer is most likely to be the middle group. Which it is profitable to tax them , and hard for them to get away.

This is just my imagination, as this happens a lot on business world. Thus I change the words businesses world to crypto, it should have similar results.

So where do we go from here?

1. A community is setup by crypto that is so large and have the power to influence the Gov.

   This is unlikely as we do not have any community form that is this powerful.

2. Certain banks and companies with strong influence have their profit affected and start to nego with the gov.

   At this stage, crypto is too new, it does not seems to be so.

   Companies like kodak and Nitro who have or going to have their own coins. If more and more powerful companies have their profit affected, they will have have the power to influence gov. Example , to go to country that do not tax or do not have high tax for crypto. Some Gov will give in such that they can at least have some tax. Its similar to taxes for company profit.

   Financial house, those with ETF for example, will likely to have special agreement or tax structure. But only when this groups become big.

3. Other tech development.

   Unlikely, gov are groups with most power and resources. They will find a way to go around it.

4. Revolution with those powerful.

   We hardly see this nowadays. Do not think that this is possible.
