French fries is well know food product , actually french fries is easily available packed and freezed in market but its too costly to buy compared to home made. so we will try it making at home lets do it.

Ingredents

Potato sliced 1 Kg
Corn flour 30 gram
soya sauce 10 grm
Sea salt 30 gram
Now first of all soak all sliced and cutted potatoes into water boil them.But do not boil them excessively only boil it for 10 to 15 minutes and leave them for freezing .
After 30 minutes of freezing add soya sauce into it and corn flour too.Now start frying it for 20 minutes .
It will become so cripsy and tasty you will start loving it.
but we are using corn flor for dry up potatoes in real french fries are made by drying chemicals and machines .The real recipe of french fries are very secret.However we can use this home made recipe .
Keep this in mind this recipe not as same as MC or KFc fries are made by special machines of drying soaking the potatoes .However this recipe is for home made because you cannot afford such high cost drying machines.
