RE: Put @freezepeach Out of Business!
What im worried about its tools like this being abused by those who indeed deserve a flag , plagiarism , trolling and bad stuff can be really though to judge on and prove so they could just abuse the bot to get unharmed of any flagging or calling out
Also , Flags (which are actually downvotes , as steem doesent have a moderator team )also represent a way users , be them whales or minnows , express their opinion about a piece of contente (quality and so on ..), so in a way , neutralizing or interfering with that could be seen as form of censorship
Overall i think you made a good call by winding down this , but that doesent mean it doesent fill a need os steemit . So i would be looking forward to version that addresses the many concerns about it
Hi @nier. At this time, there is no plan of using a bot for @freezepeach. And while I understand that the UI allows for anyone to downvote for any reason they wish (there was even a guy who downvoted fat chicks for instance), I'm worried that this will prove to be a bigger problem than we currently see once steemit attracts the attention of a mainstream audience, and I'm not the only one who's thinking that.
