Homemade cookies / Galletas caseras
Marlene covers her hands with flour, to make the most whimsical figures that she will then put in the oven in her father's small business.
-They are the strangest cookies he has ever eaten- Says a girl when she puts one of the creations in her mouth.
-What's it called- insists on asking the creator.
"Swan in agony," Marlene answers. It is inspired by a bird that has been hit by an arrow and while bleeding to death, it is still beautiful with its white plumage stained with blood-
"It's not blood," replies the girl. "It's strawberry jam," he adds, as he picks up a cookie that looks like a rat trapped in a chocolate-covered mousetrap.
Galletas caseras
Marlene se llena las manos harina, para elaborar los mas caprichosas figuras que luego meterá al horno en el pequeño negocio de su padre.
-Son las mas extrañas galletas que halla comido- Dice una niña al llevarse a la boca una de las creaciones.
-Como se llama- insiste en preguntar a la creadora.
-Cisne en agonía- le contesta. Esta inspirado en una ave que ha sido alcanzada por una flecha y mientras sangra a muerte, aún es bella con su plumaje blanco manchado de sangre-
-No es sangre- replica la niña.
-Es mermelada de fresa- agrega, mientas toma una galleta que parece una rata atrapada en una ratonera bañada con chocolate.
