Life loves a good plot twist—but should we really be so shocked? The signs are always there, scattered like breadcrumbs, leading to moments we call “unexpected.” Yet, when we look back, the journey often makes perfect sense.
That friend who suddenly moves across the world? They’ve been craving change for years. The coworker who leaves their stable job? Their restlessness was brewing long before their resignation letter hit the desk.
Perhaps the real surprise is our own blindness to the patterns shaping our lives. We focus on the immediate, ignoring the slow build-up of choices and circumstances leading to the inevitable.
