Funny that you are writing of chocolate and kids - just read my brother's newsletter - he is a doctor and lecturer in Germany - and it talks about the ill effects of too much sweets in a kids diet. Actually, when you have sugar and fat mixed, it seems to signal to the brain to eat more - and more - and more 😳
