This is a great write.
Don't worry about the time, participation and enjoyment is key, the rules are a guide, there is no strict adherence, many of us openly go over time (I do frequently), the time, I think, gives you permission to not be perfect and continue to post, even when you feel you have little to say or no time to post at a particular standard. It keeps you writing, posting, Steeming, sharing.

I find writing fiction from the prompts quite difficult, you did a great job with the prompt.
