RE: Sweetness

in #freewrite5 years ago (edited)

Hi @medusaeffect, Welcome to freewrite. I recommended this post for the weekly event @freewritehouse here:

https://steempeak.com/contest/@freewritehouse/week-10-15-2019-win-a-membership-in-steem-basic-income-tell-us-about-a-favorite-freewrite

A couple of points:

  • if you took the photo, please mention this. If you got it from the internet, you need to link to the source.
  • you should give a link in your post back to the freewrite prompt, so others know about it.

I really like this post - keep going, please :)

Sort:

I only use my own photos although I never know where to indicate that information. I fear I am ignorant as to navigating through the freewrite community. If you wouldn't mind clarifying how to post about my photos and how to link back to freewrite I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks for your input.

Linking back to the freewrite is easy. You just copy the link and say something at the end like
this is a freewrite based on this prompt: https://steempeak.com/freewrite/@mariannewest/day-726-5-minute-freewrite-wednesday-prompt-humming-bird-flower

As far as citing your photos - you want to do that in all your posts. Otherwise, you can get in trouble with Steemcleaners among others.

You can create a footer saying something like

"All photos are my own unless otherwise cited" Something like this. You can create your own footer on something like canva (free program)

or write it every time

Or have something written up and copy it at the end of your post.

Hope that helps
