"Find your mentor, be patient, kasi 1 out of 50 freelancers... ONLY 1 WILL HAVE TIME & PATIENCE TO HELP & GUIDE YOU. Why? Like I said, this is a fast paced and fierce industry.... Everyone is either killing to land a job or working their ass off to keep the job.
But even before you go in that stage, it really has to start with you as an individual. If you will be sensitive and easily offended by what people tell you, especially when the words you hear is not the most pleasant. Pero lets ask and think, bakit nga ba ganun magsalita yung iba? Kung makapagsalita eh akala mo kung sino, akala mo kung sinong asensado at beterano... Here's the answer... they have just simply adapted and blended on the harsh environment of this industry... Its not that they don't mean well, most of the time, they are just busy and THERE'S NO CONVENIENCE OF TIME TO SUGARCOAT or be analytic on this and that... It really has to start from you, be RECEPTIVE. Regardless of what people say.. learn the craft. Go with the flow, and ADAPT. "
