PALACES, YACHTS AND VINEYARDS - THE SECRET LIFE OF DMITRY MEDVEDEV ( Part 3 )
Chapter three
In this chapter, we will find out that Dmitry Medvedev has a real noble estate
Now, together with you, we will travel to Kursk region. Perhaps this will seem strange to you — what can be of interest to the former President and the current Prime Minister in this rather poor region? But don't be surprised. The fact is that Kursk region is the small homeland of Dmitry Anatolyevich. Having a craving for aristocracy and wanting to play the nobility, Medvedev did not deprive this region of attention. Here the Prime Minister has everything from an agricultural firm to a real estate.
The Prime Minister's grandfather lived and worked in the village of Mansurovo in Kursk region, where his father was born and spent his childhood. In the same village, the Medvedev family had a peasant farm. Considering himself one of today's Russian "elite", Dmitry Anatolyevich could not do without a "family nest", and because of the lack of better alternatives, the choice fell on Mansurovo.
If you fly over the Kursk region, you can distinguish a strange property, standing on an open field in fact.
The estate in Kursk region on maps
Let's take a closer look. This is an estate with an area of about 240,000m²- probably, there isn’t a more luxurious real estate in Kursk region. Literally everyone knows about its existence in Mansurovo, it even serves as some reason for pride to the local residents. At the same time, they have never seen it — the site, like Milovka in Ples, is surrounded by a three-meter fence. Movement on the road leading to this dacha is prohibited.
No entry sign at the entrance to the estate
Nevertheless, this is not an obstacle for the Anti-Corruption Foundation, so we present to you another secret dacha of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev in all its glory:
The main house with an area of about one and a half thousand square meters, a guest house, two helipads, a decorative pond, a sports court- the full set.

The residence is registered as the property of the agricultural complex "Mansurovo" (on the diagram). The Chairman of the Board of Directors of this firm is the same classmate of Medvedev- Ilya Yeliseyev.
The land on which the family nest is built is mortgaged.

The mysterious company "Fin Consulting” — is the renamed "Financial Consulting Company of "Dar" foundation", we know this thanks to the ITN kept (on the diagram). At the time of signing the mortgage contract, the firm was fully owned by ”Dar” Foundation.

We didn't even need to look for evidence that Medvedev was in his Kursk residence on his Instagram account. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the agricultural complex- Ilya Yeliseyev- talked about it himself:
This is a guest house for our employees. Dmitry Anatolyevich sometimes stays there when he comes to Mansurovo, well, he needs to stay somewhere. He can’t be driven 60 km away to Kursk, to a hotel! It is necessary to see this residence — a one-story wooden building of high comfort
Ilya Yeliseyev - Medvedev's confidant and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the agricultural complex "Mansurovo”
On those rare days when guests come to the estate, the life of the village of Mansurovo acquires a metropolitan chic. Before the arrival of the most important guest, the Federal highway is blocked; motorcades of cars arrive, security is set up and helicopters land.
Nevertheless, the locals are generally happy with this gift of fate. Thanks to the construction of the residence, a gas pipeline was conducted in Mansurovo, they laid new asphalt, renovated the school, post office and built a medical center. In addition, two churches were built — a large church and a chapel.
The new chapel completed the image of the "family nest". It stands exactly on the spot where Medvedev’s grandfather had a house. The chapel even has a written sign like this:
"...Built with the assistance and diligence of Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev on the site of his ancestral home." It was consecrated 14.09.2010- day of the 45th birthday of the Prime Minister.
The opening of these churches was a big event — the local TV channel came, President Medvedev's adviser Mikhail Trinoga came, and the Governor of Kursk region and many other officials.
The main temple also had an interesting detail. The church has a belfry, and the main bell of 400-kilogram was named Ilya. We can only guess in honor of whom. Did Medvedev decide to commemorate his classmate and business manager- Ilya Yeliseyev this way or he named the bell in honor of his son?

Nevertheless, luxury homes are not enough for a real noble estate. A farm is necessary- fields, grazing herds and stables.
Medvedev also has all of this.
The Mansurovo residence and the land on which it is built belong to the agricultural complex of the same name. The history of its creation began in 2009, when Medvedev came to his small homeland on an unofficial visit.
“Komsomolskaya Pravda”, 2.10.2009
"We will build an agricultural firm here", Medvedev promised local residents and he did not deceive them. His friends, classmates, and cousin immediately started building the agricultural complex. The "Mansurovo” agricultural complex — is a huge full-cycle enterprise. It occupies 27 thousand hectares of land, it has 3170 heads of cattle, a pig farm for 55,000 pigs and a stud farm.

The largest share in the agricultural complex — 75% — is owned by the company "Tehinpro". We affirm that this organization directly connects Dmitry Medvedev with the agricultural complex "Mansurovo", but we will talk about it in detail in a separate chapter.
We have already mentioned that the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the agricultural complex is Ilya Yeliseyev. The Director of the company is Natalia Kharitonova — she is also a graduate of LSU law school, and Yeliseyev’s student. Among the members of the Board of Directors, we found an even more interesting character — Andrey Vasilyevich Medvedev. The media call him the Prime Minister's cousin.

We were able to confirm the information about the relationship of Andrei Medvedev with the Prime Minister through open sources. Dmitry Anatolyevich's father, Anatoly Afanasyevich, has a younger sister, Svetlana Afanasyevna Medvedeva. She is a Kuban poet, honored teacher of the Russian Federation, she is still alive and even wrote a memoir. She was not married, or was married for a short time, and did not change her maiden name. And she has a son Andrey, who is only reported to be the same age as Dmitry Medvedev and went to Moscow, where he studied and worked.
And here's what Andrey Medvedev looks like:
Andrey Medvedev was not only a member of the Board of Directors of the agricultural complex "Mansurovo". In addition, he is the Director and owner of a small stake in the company "Seim-Agro".
СПАРК Data
The main founder of " Seim-Agro" (the company is engaged in growing tomatoes, cucumbers and roses) — is "Kurskpromteplitsa" JSC. In the chapter of the Board of Directors of this company, we will once again come across Ilya Yeliseyev.

But the most interesting thing is who "Kurskpromteplitsa" belongs to. The sole owner of this Kursk enterprise for the production of greenhouses is “Sotsgosproekt” foundation already known to us.
The same non-profit foundation, which oligarch Usmanov gave the 5 billion Rublyovka estate.
The presence of a relative of Medvedev in senior positions in the subsidiaries of "Sotsgosproekt" once again confirms the connection of the Prime Minister with this foundation. But the evidence doesn't end there. We will return to the foundation for the support of socially significant state projects.
As for the Kursk agribusiness, Dmitry Medvedev keeps it under the radar. He treats it carefully and responsibly. The management of the Mansurovo agricultural complex, along with ministers and governors, is invited to governmental meetings with the Prime Minister. And the Governor of Kursk region Mikhailov personally reports to Medvedev that the company, which is owned by his cousin, "has given a new impetus to the development of vegetable production".
In our region today- with the introduction of two new enterprises - the production of greenhouse metal structures "Kurskpromteplitsa" and the greenhouse plant of the "Seim-agro” joint-stock company — we have given a new impetus to the development of vegetable production, we have taken this way. Today, projects for the construction of greenhouses are already being implemented in the districts of our region…
Alexander Mikhailov, Governor of Kursk region
