If you haven’t seen @alchemage’s series - “Dabbing with a Mage”, you’re in for a treat. Imagine dabbing with a good friend who then tells you a story. Today, he really caught our attention as he was talking about some of our favorite things. @artemislives is giving ME the feel goods with this amazing, in-depth tutorial on how to make your own batch of lacto-fermented veggies. Her post goes into great detail about the key role & functions serotonin plays in our bodies (hint- it’s a lot). I actually learned quite a bit from her post & I’ve taken several hours of plant-based nutrition courses. Her clear instructions and step-by-step photos make it to where anybody could do this. Thank you @artemislives for showing us just how easy, affordable, and beneficial it is to start making these small, daily changes!

@trucklife-family was featured in our last edition of “Spreading the Love”, but this post was SO good we couldn’t pass it up for the love category. @trucklife-family gives us a beautifully written, raw and honest look into her life. Despite the challenges of navigating such a difficult life change, she is still able to transform her fear into love. She is starting a women’s co-operative group in her area with the hopes that it will help other women that may be struggling with similar challenges. Check out her incredibly inspiring post!
