This is certainly a common problem, but I think people are closer to ready than you suggest. When they truly begin to understand the alternatives, I think they can step up pretty quickly.
A very small percentage of the people are ready to experience Freedom. To have a fundamental change in a larger group need to reach a critical number. We are lucky that this number is not 51%, not even 25 or 10%. It's smaller then that. So odds are in our favor to experience Freedom on the large scale. The crypto community it's in the forefront of this change beside other groups.
I have incorporated a freedom-based lifestyle in which I don't fight government, but rather avoid. From raising quail, pheasant, rabbit, gardens, crypto investing, barter and silver, I find a greater sense of freedom through action rather than strict philosophy as I used to. It reveals itself to you with each beautiful step.
I do totally agree with you. The key of a better way of being is not in the fight with the old but in creation of the new. An Anarchist who got it. Good luck to You m8!
Agreed, fighting the dominant view overtly just makes them want to dig in their heels and defend it. The better approach is to offer superior alternatives and thus reduce the demand for violent "solutions." That's what Steem is all about. I'd love to see people start building more economic infrastructure and markets on the Steem foundation.
If freedom becomes a necessity, people will adapt. The problem is people think government solutions work, which curtails freedom from organically occurring.
