Great story. Smithys have always fascinated me and I'd love to do it if I had any muscles or could wield a hammer without hitting myself. Or maybe it's the other way around, that i'd get those things if I tried smithing. There's something so alchemic about changing lumps of metal into beautiful objects and then there is the fascination of the fire too. Been waiting for this story, great to read it, cheers.
