I'm not so sure it's a good idea. Canada has vast jurisprudence against "hate" speech, and it's only going to get worse with Junior in power - his father created the present charter of rights and freedom, which grants "collective" rights , and has started the subsidizing of minority groups
Good point, I don't think any single country is the answer. The best solution is decentralization and ultimately hosting the Archive on something like Storj.
Or do like Pirate Bay and have the archive float around (space, air, water)
