I told my coworkers about Kokesh's plan to dissolve the federal government. They were mostly on board except, "What about the nukes?!"
To which I reminded them of the 10th amendment:
""The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.""
I.E. Divide the military resources up among the states. Each state would get about 135 nukes. That is more than sufficient to deter foreign invasion. Not to mention, Americans are the most heavily armed citizens in the world.
