RE: The Shameful U.S. Attack on Huawei

But what if this could lead us towards discontinuing governmental black contracts between big tech, AKA technocracy, those big companies, corporations, tyrannies, like Facebook, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Apple, etc. Some of them may be connected to DARPA, NASA, NSA, etc. Big tech have had liability protection. We should be stripping away those types of protections as they can't be platforms and publishers legally speaking at the same time.

Sort:

So called black contracts, most likely will not go away. When the NSA or other alphabet soup agency want to store 10 years worth of global internet traffic, including this post, there are only 2 or 3 bidders that can meet the requirements. And this is by design.

The more stringent the requirements of the bidding process the more the more the tech companies like it. This further limits competition.

You are likely wrong regarding "some of them may be connected". They are all connected.

Many getting their seed money from the CIA, link below.

We know in the past the USA has used UK spy agencies to spy on U.S. citizens inside the U.S. because by law they can not. The foreign agencies then provide this data to U.S. agencies as part of coordinated intelligence sharing, with the Five Eyes being one of the most prolific groups.

The intelligence agencies now operate in a near perfect world. They have and continue to provide investment in tech startups, put board members on to control governance and have access to all of the private companies data.

If you were allowed to strip protections as you noted, they would have already had in place seven other way to more effectively achieve the same outcome. A ploy often used by governments to deceive the easily deceived. Then they will focus on something else.... Squirrel

In short there is little anyone will do the remedy this. History has shown tyrannical goverment most often fall under their own weight and environmental impact.

Cheers
