You can't negotiate with a crazy person & don't be decieved these folks are insane. They've had their minds corrupted & perverted. The best you can hope for is that they juat steal some of your time &/ money. You got kiddnapped & then there's murder, breaking up families. They are theives & they only come to steal, kill & destroy.
