FREEDUMB #2: Liberty / Project ECHELON / New World Order Beast System - Global Police State Oppression - Technocracy & Transhumanism
The rise of the police state is in direct proportion and then some -- to many people waking up, demanding their Liberty back and questioning the system.
The system hates that a whole lot.
I am in Canadastan and have been targeted for years as a truth speaking outreach activist for all kinds of speeches and protests, educating people, filming police harassment, and openly, and publicly questioning government and the police state.
The data being collected by the NSA, FBI and DHS is being converted to technological weapons against the American public. This surveillance will undoubtedly be used as criminal evidence for trial.
Frankly the letters of the alphabet change a bit in Canada or other countries, but this is out of control, it is the same everywhere.
The inception of NSA-GCHQ ECHELON system with the immensely profitable Surveillance Industrial Complex has become a technologically advanced interception system as journalist Nicky Hager predicted in 1996.
ECHELON was designed to extract massive amounts of data indiscriminately.
ECHELON, originally a secret government code name, is a surveillance program (signals intelligence/SIGINT collection and analysis network) operated by the US with the aid of four other signatory nations to the UKUSA Security Agreement[1]—Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States, also known as the Five Eyes.[2][3][4]
The Liberal government’s updated national security legislation, Bill C-59, is currently being picked apart by a House of Commons committee in Ottawa.
Among (many) other things, the highly complex bill grants what some critics are calling “extraordinarily permissive” new powers to Canada’s Communications Security Establishment (CSE).
If Bill C-59 were to pass in its current form, the CSE could become far more proactive, launching cyber attacks abroad and engaging in covert operations that could, in theory, involve everything from impersonation to taking down a foreign electrical grid.
Here at home, Canadians may need to worry about their personal information being scooped up by the agency, in spite of rules designed to prevent it.

The ECHELON program was created in the late 1960s to monitor the military and diplomatic communications of the Soviet Union and its Eastern Bloc allies during the Cold War, and was formally established in 1971.[5][6]
By the end of the 20th century, the system referred to as "ECHELON" had allegedly evolved beyond its military and diplomatic origins, to also become "…a global system for the interception of private and commercial communications" (mass surveillance and industrial espionage).[7]

A covert system of interception facilities were built to spy on the world’s satellites, international telecommunication, and radio communications. ECHELON was the link between all these and provided the US government with high tech surveillance capabilities for its time.
Whether blanket spying or eavesdropping, the intelligence community could sit back covertly and mine for data without detection.

“the Pentagon is attempting to expand its worldwide communications network, known as the Global Information Grid, to handle yottabytes (10 to the 24th bytes) of data. (A yottabyte is a septillion bytes–so large that no one has yet coined a term for the next higher magnitude.)...
“It needs that capacity because, according to a recent report by Cisco, global Internet traffic will quadruple from 2010 to 2015... reaching 966 exabytes per year. (A million exabytes equal a yottabyte.)…
So, the NSA’s need for a 1-million-square-foot data storehouse. Should the agency ever fill the Utah center with a yottabyte of information, it would be equal to about 500 quintillion (500,000,000,000,000,000,000) pages of text.”
William Binney, former NSA official and whistleblower, stated that,
“Actually, I think the surveillance has increased. In fact, I would suggest that they’ve assembled on the order of 20 trillion transactions about U.S. citizens with other U.S. citizens.”
