It's the perfect dilemma / Catch-22 / Damned-if-you-do-damned-if you don't.
Assange is in a true existential bind. I don't think any of us can judge or say what he must do. He will have to go with his heart.
Regardless, he will go down in history as a true martyr and warrior of truth.
Yeah, he's in a tight jam, and the legal recourse seems like the best thing he can do to try to find some wiggle room.
