I have heard that some people in extreme situations will laugh or smile. It's not all that uncommon.
I don't think so on this occasion they are both laughing, you're brain is making stuff up to accept the official story, I understand what you mean though.
There is some new info that there was a bomb scare in the area and the authorities emptied the area to set up the hoax, these people are probably running from the "bomb" area and laughing because its a bit exciting, she probably talking to her girlfriend on the phone having a laugh about it, I know I would be because I know these are fabricated events.
Of course they don't report in the msm about the bomb scare because it doesn't fit the official script, they needed people to believe they were running from the truck
