Une recette de cookies maison
200g beurre
150g sucre
150g cassonade
2 œufs
2 sachets de sucre vanille
500g farine
300g chocolat noir
1 sachet levure chimique
1/3 cuillère à café de sel
Dans un saladier mettre le beurre, le sucre, le sucre vanille et les œufs entiers et mélanger au mixer.
Ajouter petit à petit la farine mélangée à la levure, le sel et 2/3 du chocolat.
Faire des petits tas espacés les uns des autres. Utiliser le 1/3 de chocolat restant pour décorer avec des pépites.
Enfourner pour 10 minutes au four préchauffé à 180°C
Les enfants se les arrachent.
