Jour 6 - Les acouphènes [Défi 30jour]
Dans cette vidéo je parle des acouphènes, non exhaustivement et je raconte en partie mon expérience et les solutions qui existent dans certains cas.

Et oui, si l'on veut vraiment se soigner on ne peu pas compter sur la médecine officielle elle même victime du marché parapharmaceutique qui nous empoisonne plus que ce qu'il nous soigne. Le libre arbitre, internet et l'expérience sont de bien meilleurs outils. J'en sais quelque chose puisque j'ai entre autres de la fibromyalgie que j'ai dû m'auto-diagnostiquer alors que j'en ai souffert depuis l'enfance et les personnes comme moi continuent de rencontrer des médecins qui en savent moins que nous...
Il faudra que j'écrive au sujet des acouphènes car j'ai moi aussi fait des recherches le mien étant intermittent du côté gauche depuis une très forte crise qui m'a laissé dans un état d'invalidité il y 9 ans. Afin de repositionner puis de détendre les mâchoires il y a des exercices à pratiquer ainsi que des gouttières qu'il est possible de se faire faire sur mesure avec l'aide de spécialistes ouverts d'esprit.
